The tax/duty assessment is entirely up to your host country and will be the customer’s responsibility if any is applied. Magicmic.com will only shoulder Philippine-side tax/duty and licenses.
Based on your shipping address, our system will
automatically determine the corresponding transit time of your order.
The number of days it would take to ship your order will be displayed
after your purchase. The total number of days it would take before the
package arrives at your location will be the sum of its transit time and
order processing time.
Shipping costs for orders from Magicmic.com will be
determined by the weight of the items ordered and the destination
address you specified in your order. The shipping cost for any order
will be automatically generated after your purchase.
For order payments made through bank remittance, we
will immediately ship your package upon receipt of payment. You may
inform us of your deposit via email or fax. We will inform you via email
of shipment schedule and tracking number.
For order payments made through credit card, terms
and conditions shall be governed by our payment gateway provider. You will be
notified via email once your order is validated and shipped.
IMPORTANT: Refund is not allowed for parcels that were not delivered due to the refusal of the recipient to pay the applied tax/duty.
